5 cups mixed greens (or use whatever you want - I like baby spinach)
1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
1 1/4 cups raspberries
2 TB toasted almonds, cashews, or hazelnuts, chopped
1 TB blue cheese (omit if you'd rather - I do!)
1/3 cup raspberry vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp ground pepper
Rinse mixed greens and drain well. Lay in bowl or on individual plates. Top with fruit and chopped nuts, (and blue cheese, if you're using).
Whisk or shake olive oil, vinegar, and pepper until combined. Drizzle over salad.
